Cinnamon Apple Protein Cottage toast with peanut butter

Yum Easy breezy E breakfast for Trim Healthy Mama

I put the following mixed together onto sprouted bread that is toasted.

  • 1/2 cup of low-fat cottage cheese

  • 1/2 a scoop Pristine whey protein (optional but increases the protein in the E meal)

  •  1 tsp all natural peanut butter

  •  1/2 half a teaspoon of cinnamon

  •  1/4 teaspoon of collagen (optional but increases the protein in the E meal)

  •  1/4 teaspoon super sweet blend 

  • I also added a pinch of cayenne to give it a little kick 

  • a pinch of mineral salt to enhance the sweetener

 I added some sliced apples and a wonderful easy THM e fuel breakfast
