Cinnamon Apple Protein Cottage toast with peanut butter

Easy breezy E breakfast for Trim Healthy Mama
I put the following mixed together onto sprouted bread that is toasted.
1/2 cup of low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 a scoop Pristine whey protein (optional but increases the protein in the E meal)
1 tsp all natural peanut butter
1/2 half a teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of collagen (optional but increases the protein in the E meal)

I also added a pinch of cayenne to give it a little kick
a pinch of mineral salt to enhance the sweetener
I added some sliced apples and a wonderful easy THM e fuel breakfast
