Emily's taco Rice




3 cups cooked brown rice

NISHIKI Premium Brown Rice, 5-Pound
1  cup corn
1 cup lima beans
1 tomato diced
4 squirts Sriacha sauce
Huy Fong, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, 17 Ounce Bottle
dash of mineral salt
1 tsp hot sauce
Mix well
Serve with light laughing cow cheese in low carb tortilla (optional)
You can use the wonder wraps from the cook book(below) or use a romaine leaf as a wrap
