Quick and Easy Chicken Bites
This can be a THM FP if using chicken breast or THMS if using cut up thighs or other pieces
Preheat oven to 350
1 1/2 lbs cut up chicken breasts or thighs
Mix the following together in a bowl with whisk
1/4 cup baking blend
1/8 cup Parmesan
1/2 tsp onion power
1/2 tsp garlic powder
dash of cayene(optional)
Roll Chicken pieces into above mixture
Put on parchemnet lined pan in oven about 15 minutes, flip over and bake an additional 12- 15 minutes
Add sauce of your choice
