Strawberry whip cream low carb THMS

1cup Heavy whip cream
3/4 cup fresh strawberries
2 tbsp ground sweet blend (more if needed for your taste)
1-2  tablespoons of cream cheese
Add cream to Mixing Bowl using whisk beaters turn onto high until the cream reaches co*l whip like consistency.
Turn the mixer to low and gradually add the sweetener and chopped strawberries.
Remove from mixing bowl and put into food storage bowl or icing bag (if using your decorate) and refrigerate.
It is ready to use.
If using for icing or piping I would set it in the freezer for a few minutes to harden up a little, so it does not get to liquid while piping. (A few minutes is key here , you can not use it will not come out of the bag if it is frozen)
