Figgy Waldorf salad


4-5 figs chopped
1cup low fat cottage cheese
1apple chopped
2 stalks of celery choppex
1 tsp sweet blend(optional)


 Mix together and serve on bed of lettuce or a peice of toast,  or with was a crackers.
