Smokie sausage bake
Recipe adapted from this low carb sausage bake
I cooked the cocktail sausages and removed from the pan,
I added coconut oil to the pan an sauteed the mushrooms first and then the peppers.
I added all the veggies, sausages and cheese to a coconut oil sprayed 8x8 glass pan and baked at 350 for about 20 minutes or until all the cheese is melted... YUMM!!!!
