Quick and Easy Breadsticks
These are quick easy and delicious!
- 4 eggs whisked
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup coconut flour (Available here Organic Coconut Flour (4 lb) by Anthony's, Certified Gluten-Free, Non-GMO & Kosher
- 1/4 cup almond flour (avaialble here NOW Foods Almond Flour, 2 pk)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 11/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2tsp Italian seasoning
- dash of mineral salt (available here)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 for
- Grease glass 8x 10 pan with coconut oil or spray with coconut oil
- Whisk the dry ingredients and add to eggs ,
- Stir in mozzarella cheese
- pour into baking pan and spread sprinkle with garlic power and Parmesan cheese
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
How many for a serving? Can extra be frozen? These look delicious.
ReplyDeleteI cut them into 12 large bread sticks, you could have those for 24.
ReplyDeleteYes you can definitely freeze them. I wrapped mine in saran wrap and then aluminum foil.I pulled them put of the aluminum foil to thaw. and later removed them from the plastic wrap and heated in the aluminum foil until warm through.
This makes a great bun/ bread if cut in squares, then in half through the middle as a bun.
