New Recipe Wednesday Lisa's Buns turned into bread sticks

Don't you just love it when an oops turns into awesome.
That's what happened with Lisa buns!!!
I messed up about 4 minutes after adding the Gluccie (glucomannon) in this recipe.
What I thought had looked like pudding turned into a pile of mess!
Even after adding the cheese and trying to scoop it out!
No way am I going to waste that many eggs and any amount of almond flour! SO...  I added more cheese and almond flour and then spread it thin on a cookie sheet with a silicone liner.
I baked the same time and temperature as the bun recipe (375 for 12- 15 minutes) and then cut it into breadsticks.
It turned out awesome and a great way to use up those extra eggs!
