My Favorite Things Thursday

I absolutely LOVE my Charge! I wear it in place of my watch 99% of the time. I try to wear my " real" Watch to church in Sundays.
Not only is it a watch and Pedometer, it keeps track of heart rate during exercise, calories burned, connects to your phone to alert you that you have incoming calls and lets you challenge your facebook and non facebook friends to daily goals or challenges , weekly goals and challenges. It makes wlaking and running much more fun when you are oing it with friends. It is also wonderful if you have a competitive edge. If you are a loner you can turn on the privacey settings and keep your goals and progress to yourself. I love the Work Week Hustle with friends I would never be able to workout with in person.
