Low Carb Berry Sauce THM Fp THMS


I modified my old regular sugar and cornstarch berry sauce for this one
 the original is an old standard nation wide

I also added it to my coconut Delight and cheesecake bites





4 cups Berries mixed or just Strawberries
(watch the carb count on the mixed as you add it to S Dishes) 
3 cups water 
Bring to a boil 
whisk in 1 tsp of gluccie  and simmer about 15 minutes 
It will thicken more as it cools 
That is it easy breezy syrup

I posted the recipe previously in a menu plan but forgot to make it as a post

FP coleslaw dressing

mix 3/4 c light mayo,

1 1/2 Tbsp ACV

 3 tsp sweet blend

or truvia 

Truvia Natural Sweetener, 250 Packets, Net.wt 26.5 Oz

 1/2 tsp salt

 1/2 tsp pepper

Mix together and stir into your bag of coleslaw mix

Summer Dog Slaw Coleslaw with a twist THM FP Low carb

Summer Dog Slaw

Coleslaw with a twist ...

This is a quick and easy serving for 1, but can easily be adapted for multiple serving or family size by multiplying the amount by 4 or 6 or whatever serving size you need

Summer Dog Slaw


1 cup Coleslaw mix from Sam's club
1 tbsp light Mayo
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
(1-2 )  97% fat free Hebrews national Hot dogs
Mineral Salt (available here)
Pepper
1 tsp JalapeƱo juice ( from jar of jalepeno peppers)
 Cook hot dog in microwave ( or any other preferred method of cooking)
Mix Mayo, dijon, salt, pepper, and jalapeno juice in bowl.
Put coleslaw mix in serving bowl add mayo mix and hot dog stir well and enjoy!

New recipe Wednesday Quick and Easy Chicken Bites

Kids out of school?

Need something quick and easy for Summer?

Here you go... 

Quick and Easy Chicken Bites

This can be a THM FP if using chicken breast or THMS if using cut up thighs or other pieces
Preheat oven to 350
1 1/2 lbs cut up chicken breasts or thighs
Mix the following together in a bowl with whisk
1/8 cup Parmesan
1/2 tsp onion power 
1/2 tsp garlic powder
dash of cayene(optional)
Roll Chicken pieces into  above mixture
Put on parchemnet lined pan in oven about 15 minutes, flip over and bake an additional 12- 15 minutes
Add sauce of your choice
Kid Friendly and Trim Healthy mama approved

SO Simple Fuel Pull Sloppy Joes

Yum Just In time for your memorial Day Barbecue !!!

Printable recipe Below 
An Easy Fuel Pull barbecue sandwich for your Memorial day weekend and beyond!
lean turkey OR

Lean Ground beef OR
Or Regular Hamburger (You will need to drain well, rinse with warm water and pat dry with paper towel regular Hamburger)


Season with  garlic Powder , onion powder, Sea Salt , and pepper.
You can also add a few chopped onions, peppers,celery, and mushrooms or vegetable seasoning blend.

Drain Well, Don't forget to rinse and pat dry if you are using the non-lean hamburger and want to keep this in a fuel pull category.


I put mine in the crock pot, but you could a yours to a saucepan if you prefer.
Add the following slim Belly jelly from page 88 in the cook book or home made FP Jelly or Jam

 I highly recommend getting the cook book has a lot of family friendly recipes in it! 

add 2 tsp Garlic Powder
Garlic powder or here 
1Tblsp Onion Powder

3 tablespoons yellow Mustard

*2 Tsp Liquid smoke
Available here
 2 Tbsp Paprika
Available here
                                                                *1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
Mix well Let cook on low in the crock pot about 2 hours stirring ocassioanlly  

Serve on  Nukes Bread roll

or cloud bread to keep it a fuel pull .


Sharie's Sweet and EASY FP BBQ

Ingredients

Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
garlic power 
onion powder
Paprika
Liquid Smoke
Yellow Mustard
tomato paste
slim belly jelly or low carb jelly
Low carb buns , nukes buns, wraps or lay on a bed of lettuce or lettuce wrap


Method

Start with Lean ground Beef or turkey or regular Hamburger.Season with  garlic Powder , onion powder, Sea Salt , and pepper.
You can also add a few chopped onions, peppers,celery, and mushrooms or vegetable seasoning blend.

3 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder, 
2Tbsp paprika

1 Tbsp tomato paste

serve on Nukes Bread roll or cloud bread to keep it a fuel pull .
HAPPY BBQ!!!


**You could substitute 5 Tblsp of this for the liquid smoke and tomato paste

Nuke bread made into buns

Nuke bread made into buns


I grabbed a few pyrex containers and sprayed them with coconut oil,
I picked 1 large and 2 small The large was an experiment for size comparison.

 I nuked all 3 together in the microwave for about 9 minutes. ( You should be able to bake, them as well. I didn't do that yet, so I can not give you a time frame for baking.
Finished 
turned out onto plate

cut in half

Wipe your mouth BBQ
