4-5 figs
1 scoop whey isolate
or pristine whey powder
1/3cup low fat cottage cheese
2 cup almond milk
(Or 1cup almond milk and 1 cup water)
2tspThm sweet blend (or to taste)
1tsp glycerine (optional but recommended)
Blend on high in vitamix or other high powered blender 30 seconds-1 minutes until everything is mixed well and ice is incorporated add this to your ice cream maker and follow instructions for use.
